How long is the delivery?
Customers acknowledge and agree that the stated delivery time frame of 7-10 days is an estimate, and under certain instances deliveries may exceed or be less than the stated time frame.

Can I track my package?
A Tracking Number will be sent to you by email within 2-5 days since your order is placed. You can track it or if you haven’t received your tracking number within the time frames above, please contact our customer support team and we’ll be happy to assist!
It takes 2-5 days for the tracking number to appear in the shipping carrier’s system. If the tracking number is still not working within a week, please contact our customer support team for checking as soon as possible.
I never received my package, what should I do?

Will I be charged for duties or custom when my package arrives in my country?
The value and shipping information is printed on a sticker on the outside of the package when your order is shipped. However, duties and taxes are calculated and changed by customs officials in your country. As such, they are beyond our control. As the importer of record, you are responsible for duties, taxes and any other charges that your country chooses to impose for the import.
How much will customs charges be for my country?
As charges are individually assessed by your country's officials upon import, we are unable to provide an estimate on how much you may be charged for customs. Charges vary from case to case. Instead, please try contacting the customs officials in your country to get a better idea of what the customs charges might be for your order.
What is Customs Invoice?
Please don't be surprised if there is an invoice with prices different from the price you bought in parcel because that is a symbolic amount. A customs invoice is a document that travels with your parcel and contains information about the items inside your package. The customs invoice is required for customs clearance, and your shipment can leave the country without one.
